Our Story
Catalyst for Impact was founded by Darcy McNaboe to deliver strategic coaching and consulting that moves beyond theory and produces tangible, measurable results. Built on decades of successfully navigating complex organizational challenges, we apply a pragmatic, outcomes-focused approach to every engagement.
Meet Our Founder: Darcy McNaboe
Darcy McNaboe, Founder, Executive Coach, Consultant
Darcy’s expertise is anchored in diverse, high-stakes environments, giving her a unique, pragmatic perspective on leadership and operations:
- **20+ years in technology and manufacturing:** A deep, hands-on understanding of operational pressures, P&L, and scalability.
- **Founder & Principal:** Successfully launched and managed a product design & manufacturing company from the ground up.
- **Academic Excellence:** Holds an **MBA in Management** and a **PhD in Leadership Studies**, ensuring strategies are evidence-based.
- **Public Service Leadership:** Served as Former Mayor, City of Grand Terrace (2014–2022) and Former President, San Bernardino County Transportation Authority, demonstrating high-level governance and stakeholder management skills.
- **Expert Trainer:** Proven experience in teaching process improvement, teamwork, and business strategy to diverse audiences.
