Darcy is a principal and founder of Village Enterprises; a local business and marketing enterprise where she works with professionals in a variety of industries including research and technology, accounting, law, transportation, non-profit organizations and city government.
Darcy has worked with small technology and manufacturing companies for over 25 years. Before concentrating on Village Enterprises as her sole business focus, Darcy was Director of Operations and Business Development for a local engineering design and manufacturing company.
A graduate of California State University, Darcy holds a BA in Marketing and an MBA with an emphasis in Management. She has taught workshops on process improvement in manufacturing and administrative environments, marketing basics, word of mouth marketing, effective networking, teamwork, and meeting facilitation.
Darcy Darcy currently serves on the board of the Guide Dogs of the Desert; is an active member of the Grand Terrace Lions Club, the Grand Terrace Woman’s Club, the Grand Terrace Chamber of Commerce, Greater Riverside Chambers of Commerce Economic Development and Governmental Affairs Committees and as the Mayor of the City of Grand Terrace.
Representing the City of Grand Terrace Darcy currently serves as President for San Bernardino County Transportation Authority, on the board of directors for OmniTrans and is a member of the executive committee for the California Joint Powers Insurance Authority. She serves as the Chair of the City's Housing Authority, Public Finance Authority, and Housing Successor Agency. Prior to move to the County oversight, Ms. McNaboe served as Chair of Oversight Board for the Successor Agency for the Grand Terrace Community Redevelopment Agency.
Prior leadership positions include: President for the Foundation of Grand Terrace; Grand Terrace Toastmasters, serving as Club President and Area Governor; Vice Chair of the board of directors for MFI Recovery, a local non-profit alcohol and drug treatment program; the Colton Joint Unified School District Community Cabinet; five years as a Grand Terrace Planning Commissioner; eight years as a member of the San Bernardino Municipal Water District Advisory Commission for Water Policy; and four years as a Grand Terrace City Council Member.
Darcy also previously served as the Vice Chair of the Board for MFI Recovery Center, President of the La Sierra Business Council of the Greater Riverside Chambers of Commerce (GRCC) and formerly served as the Chair of the GRCC Ambassador committee.
Darcy enjoys donating her time and talent to projects for organizations such as Foundation of Grand Terrace, The Grand Terrace Lions Club and the Guide Dogs of the Desert.
Darcy is married to Jim McNaboe who is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, a graduate of University of California, Riverside, and is also dedicated to community service, including past-president of the Grand Terrace Lions Club, founding member of the Veterans Wall of FREEDOM board, and over ten years on the Board of Directors for Riverside Highland Water Company. Darcy and Jim have lived in Grand Terrace for over 26 years and are active members in the Grand Terrace community and in their church, Christ the Redeemer Catholic Church.
Darcy and Jim can be found getting their exercise walking through the neighborhoods of Grand Terrace or hiking in the local mountains.
